URGENT ACTION: Contact White House and U.S. Law Makers to Help Stop Executions of Iranian Protesters

February 13, 2026

Subject: Humanitarian help needed

I am your Iranian-American constituent. I write to you with deep urgency and concern regarding the ongoing execution of protesters in Iran. Every day, individuals who demanded basic freedoms are being shot in prisons without judiciary procedures. As of today February 17th 2026, over 1000 protesters are sentenced to death with imminent danger of being executed. In addition a new round of war with Iranian people have started. Security forces have been recorded shooting at the people who are mourning for their loved ones.

The Iranian-American community is asking for the world not to look away. Silence or delayed responses risk emboldening further abuses and undermining global confidence in the defense of human rights.

I respectfully urge the United States administration and its partners to take concrete action, including:

  • Protect the Iranian people by targeting the Islamic Revolutionary Guard leadership and its command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Continue maximum economy pressure on the regime by blocking their assets worldwide, target and dismantle their fleet of ghost [oil] tankers.
  • Help Iranians get access to internet by deploy Starlink and other secure communications tools across Iran and conduct cyber operations to disable the regime’s ability to shut down the internet.
  • Maximum pressure on Regime’s officials by Investigating the regime’s family members residing here in the United States and remove their immigration status if they have ties with Islamic Republic exists.
  • Stop legitimizing the regime by stopping any negotiations with the regime that lies and cheat to get what they want including nuclear weapons.
  • Prepare for a democratic transition in Iran by committing to recognize Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi as a legitimate transitional leader when the moment comes.

We are not seeking conflict; we seek humanitarian actions that can save lives.

History will remember who stood for human rights when it mattered most.

We urgently call on the United States government to act to stop the ongoing executions and mass killings in Iran, where tens of thousands were killed in days and executions continue unabated. The Iranian people need immediate protection and international intervention, including decisive action against the leadership and command structure of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, sustained maximum economic pressure through asset seizures and dismantling the regime’s illicit oil tanker network, and full support for free internet access via Starlink and other secure communications. The U.S. should hold regime officials accountable by investigating and revoking the status of affiliated family members residing in the United States, end all negotiations that legitimize a regime built on repression and deception, and actively prepare for a democratic transition by committing to recognize Reza Pahlavi as a legitimate transitional leader when the opportunity arises.

  • Forty-seven years ago, the Islamic regime occupied Iran, using lies and empty promises. After 47 years, Iran is economically bankrupt, its natural resources depleted, its other resources plundered, and the entire Middle East and beyond is in turmoil. How long would the world watch these terrorists squander the security of future generations? Please support the brave, innocent Iranian population.

  • We urgently call on the United States government to take immediate action to stop the escalating wave of executions in Iran. Executions are continuing at an alarming pace, and at least 14 individuals are reportedly facing imminent execution in the coming days. Their lives are in immediate danger.
These executions are taking place amid broader reports of mass killings and severe repression. The systematic use of the death penalty as a tool of intimidation and control demands an urgent and decisive international response. The Iranian people require immediate protection and clear, principled action.
We urge the United States to intensify pressure on those responsible, including the leadership and command structure of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and to maintain sustained maximum economic pressure through asset seizures and the dismantling of the regime’s illicit oil tanker network. Full support for secure and unrestricted internet access, including through Starlink and other protected communication channels, is also essential to ensure that the voices of the Iranian people are not silenced.
Accountability must be concrete. U.S. authorities should investigate and review the status of regime-affiliated family members residing in the United States, halt negotiations that risk legitimizing a system built on repression, and prepare responsibly for a democratic transition , including a commitment to recognize Reza Pahlavi as a legitimate transitional leader should such an opportunity arise.
The imminent execution of 14 individuals underscores the urgency of this moment. Immediate and resolute action is essential to prevent further irreversible loss of life.

I urge immediate attention to the recent reports from Chenar Asadabad village regarding widespread arrests following a security raid. At the same time, there are alarming reports of executions being carried out.

The international community must not remain silent. Every effort should be made to halt the executions and protect the lives of those at risk. Justice cannot exist without respect for fundamental human rights.
